Roy Stone joined the George, Morgan & Sneed, P.C. team in July of 1998 as a member of the firm's professional staff. In August of 2006, he was promoted to Shareholder. He specializes in income tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, as well as audits of community financial institutions. In addition, Roy is responsible for business development, marketing, hiring, and client services.
Prior to joining the firm, Roy worked for eight years at Altmiller, Lukert & Company, a CPA firm in Olney, TX. A Texas Certified Public Accountant, Roy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX. When out of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, being outdoors, and attending local professional and high school sporting events.
