Administrative Assistant
George, Morgan & Sneed, PC is an established accounting firm that provides tax, audit, book keeping and payroll services. GMS has served the Weatherford and Parker County area since 1959. We believe that CPA stands for “Close Personal Attention”. We provide this by forming long, lasting relationships with our clients. Currently our average length of employment for our professional staff is 10 years. George, Morgan & Sneed is currently seeking to add a part-time Administrative Assistant to our staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel & Word
- Excellent communication skills, strong relationship management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Punctual and reliable
Responsibilities
- Review and process client invoices & statements
- Collection on past-due accounts
- Assist clients in person, over the phone or via email
- Administrative duties such as scanning, filing, typing, etc
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment

Compensation & Benefits
- This is a part time position - approximately 20-30 hours per week
- Salary is negotiable based on experience level
- Lunches provided during busy season
- 4 day workweek in the summer
